This type of license allows drivers to operate certain commercial vehicles inclduing school buses, city buses, tour buses, tankers, tractor trailers, delivery trucks, construction vehicles, and vehicles transporting hazardous materials. There are different types of driver licenses in Missouri. The state of Missouri requires any person operating a motor-driven vehicle on public roadways to have a valid sate-issued driver’s license.
